Mary Cossentino is a licensed real estate agent serving Southwest Florida, bringing a diverse background in finance, property management, and construction coordination to every client she serves. As a graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mary combines analytical insight with practical experience to help buyers, sellers, and investors make confident, informed decisions in one of Florida’s most dynamic real estate markets.
Having lived and worked in Southwest Florida, Mary has developed an in-depth understanding of the area’s communities, neighborhoods, and ever-changing market. With five years of real estate experience, she has worked closely with homeowners, investors, contractors, and property managers, allowing her to provide clients with knowledgeable guidance from the initial consultation through closing.
In addition to her real estate career, Mary serves as both a teacher and a competitive USA Hockey official. These roles have strengthened her commitment to clear communication, professionalism, and integrity while reinforcing the importance of preparation, sound judgment, and client advocacy.

A Southwest Florida native, Patrick has built his career creating engaging content and developing digital strategies for brands across sports and lifestyle.
He began his professional career managing social media for the Fort Myers Mighty Mussels, the Single-A affiliate of the Minnesota Twins, where he helped connect the organization with fans through creative storytelling and community engagement.
Today, Patrick serves as a Social Media Coordinator for Nice Kicks, one of the world’s leading sneaker and culture publications. In his role, he collaborates with some of the biggest names in sports and footwear, including Nike, Jordan Brand, adidas, Under Armour, New Balance, PUMA, and more, creating content that reaches millions of consumers and highlights the latest product launches, athlete partnerships, and industry news.
